It’s now commonly accepted in the mainstream medical community that free radicals are the main cause of disease and aging in the human body. The free radical theory of aging is described as follows:

Oxidation damages human cells. When a cell sustains enough damage, it dies. And when enough of a person’s cells are damaged or killed, they age.
